Shipping policy

 

We provide free shipping within the United States for purchases over $30. Our Free Saver shipping option ships via United States Postal Service with an expected delivery of 1-5 business days once your order has been shipped.

Expedited shipping via UPS is also available and rates are based on your location and will be determined during checkout.

We ship Monday - Friday and will try our best to process and ship orders within 48 hours of ordering. Our objective is to get you your product as quickly as possible.   

We do not ship outside the U.S. at this time.

Order Tracking

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping email confirmation with your tracking number. If you did not receive it, please email us at finance@hempandhand.com and we will be happy to provide you with your tracking number.
